Conscious training to dance and express yourself

To dance you only need a body and your heart! For years I have seen and experienced this idea that in order to express yourself you must have a certain corporeality and skills. I’ve been developing a new style of training inspired by the fundamentals of Body Awareness and the ideas of the Body Neutrality movement. It’s a way to connect your sensations and emotions in the present, so you can use it to confidently express yourself, with some elements of dance technique.

What To Bring: Barefoot or socks

Accessibility: Modifications will be provided for people with mobility restrictions.
