Often burlesque performance is about interacting with the audience that came to see you and some shows don’t include a formal stage to perform on. Walking out amongst the audience can be a great way to connect and entertain. In this interactive course the Infamous Nina Nightshade will share ways to engage with the audience when out among them including audience participation, adapting to the “floor-show” environment, and how to ensure mutual consent while you do so. Come dressed to move. Bring water & note taking supplies. Students will be asked to interact with each other regardless of knowing each other, but participation is not mandatory.

What to Bring: Dress for movement. Bring note-taking supplies, water.
