How do YOU work the floor? And get back up when you’re done? In this course, I will support you to partner your body, re-framing “roadblocks” to sensual movement in and out of the floor as the building blocks of your personal style taking into account your current strengths and mobility levels. This course is designed to leave tons of space for individual attention and to help you build the framework you need to make sensual floor movement werk for you. Please bring dance shoes (heels, split sole sneakers, etc.) OR socks, movement/workout clothing with clothing that covers your shoulders, knee pads, water, and note-taking supplies. *Beginners welcome! However, this is an intermediate level class, so participants should have at least a year of movement experience.
